1. Service Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 days of project confirmation or payment, provided that project work has not been initiated.
Once project planning, resource allocation, or development work has started, cancellation may not be accepted.
2. Non-Cancellable Services
- Already initiated
- Partially delivered
- Completed
- Delayed due to lack of client communication, approvals, or required materials
3. Service Issues & Deficiency
If you experience any service-related issue, concern, or dissatisfaction, you must notify our support team within 7 days of identifying the issue.
All concerns will be reviewed internally, and appropriate corrective measures will be taken where applicable.
4. Scope Changes & Client Dissatisfaction
- Reasonable revisions
- Service adjustments
- Partial refund (where justified)
5. Third-Party Costs
Payments made for third-party services including hosting, domains, APIs, software licenses, or external tools are non-refundable once purchased.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 9–15 business days and issued through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
