Account Executive & Admin
We are looking for an experienced professional to manage client accounts and oversee administrative operations within the company.

Experience Required
3+ years
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports and statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain and update accounting systems using tools like Tally ERP.
- Handle payroll processing, tax deductions, and employee reimbursements.
- Monitor and control the organization’s budget and expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to finance.
- Coordinate with auditors and assist in internal and external audits.
- Provide support for financial decision-making by preparing data and analysis.
Qualifications Required :
Graduation.
Sound knowledge of IT terminologies.
Account Executive & Admin Requirements :
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Problem-solving skills to address financial discrepancies or administrative challenges.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
