This policy explains when services from Oriental Outsourcing Consultants Private Limited can be cancelled and how refund requests are reviewed and paid.

Cancelling a service

You can request a cancellation within 7 days of project confirmation or payment, provided work on the project has not yet started.

Once planning, resource allocation or development has begun, a cancellation request may not be accepted.

Services that can’t be cancelled

Cancellations and refunds do not apply to services that are:

  • Already started, partly delivered or completed
  • Delayed because communication, approvals or required materials were not provided

Verified service deficiencies

Outside the cancellation window, a refund may be considered only for a verified deficiency in the service, at our sole discretion.

Reporting a service issue

Please report any issue with a service to our support team within 7 days of noticing it. Every concern is reviewed internally and we take corrective action where it applies.

Scope changes and dissatisfaction

If the delivered work differs materially from the agreed proposal or documented scope, we will review your concern and may offer reasonable revisions, a service adjustment, or a partial refund where justified.

Third-party costs

Payments for third-party services — such as hosting, domains, APIs, software licences or external tools — are non-refundable once purchased.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed within 9–15 business days and paid to the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise.
