A recruiter-operated recruitment platform for the Netherlands. It takes a vacancy, publishes it, screens applicants and delivers a recruiter-approved shortlist to the employer by email. Employers and candidates never need to log in.
02Problem & solution
The challenge
Permanent-placement recruitment was stitched together from job boards, spreadsheets, chat and email. CVs arrived in every format, consent was hard to prove, must-haves were mixed up with match quality, and nothing stopped a shortlist going out before a recruiter had signed it off.
What we built
We built a recruiter portal, a public jobs site and a Dutch application form, with WhatsApp follow-up only after a consented apply. AI drafts job ads, scores and summaries; a named recruiter approves everything the employer sees.
03Inside the product
01
Seven-step campaign builder
Client, role, terms, must-haves, scoring rubric, application questions and publication review in one flow.
02
Anonymous job ads
AI-drafted ads strip the employer's identity, and a recruiter must approve a variant before launch.
03
Three-tier screening
Hard must-haves first, then a 0–100 weighted score, then a written Dutch rationale for the hiring manager.
04
Fair-criteria checks
Requirements are checked against protected grounds and rewritten to neutral, job-relevant wording.
05
Human-approved shortlists
Nothing reaches the employer until a recruiter approves it, and that approval is recorded.
06
Consent built in
Consent and opt-out are checked immediately before every candidate message or email.

05How we built it
AI proposes, people decide. We kept candidate data and AI inference inside the EU, kept personal data out of workflow history, and made sure a public application never waits on a model — so a slow service can never lose an applicant.
